Which shipping company do you work with?
For domestic deliveries, we work with Hepsi Jet Kargo, and for international deliveries, we use UPS.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or on your mobile device. You can use this code to monitor the status of your order at every step.

Our return policy allows you to receive a refund for items purchased online within 14 days of receipt, provided you have proof of purchase (invoice). Items must be returned with the invoice, in their original, tagged, and unused condition. Exchanges are allowed only once.
To request a return or exchange, you can send the items back to us within 14 days, along with the return/exchange form and your invoice, using the code provided at any Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
